INITIAL CONSULTATION
40 minutes in length, this consultation includes individualised advice and counselling with a structured meal plan provided. You will also receive a body composition scan on our top of the range InBody 970 BIA machine (Optional).

FOLLOW-UP CONSULTATION
20 minutes in length, this consultation includes a body composition scan on our top of the range InBody 970 BIA machine (If required) and ongoing counselling, advice and individual support to help you come up with solutions to your everyday nutrition problems. Life get's hectic and it is difficult to know HOW to navigate certain situations. These ongoing review consultations are where we really help you unlock the secrets to long term success. Your Dietitian will want to see you every 1-2 weeks initially and spread the appointments out from there.
